Starting this journey can often feel overwhelming, so it is important that you go at your own pace and swap exercises as needed.
How does it work?
This guide contains a number of helpful tools including a 12 week training program, exercise hyperlinks which navigate you to video demonstrations and an editable ‘load’ input field, allowing you to track your progress as you go. These tools will help to guide you through your at-home training journey, all while keeping you accountable to a movement target of 3-4 sessions per week.
