We don't use preservatives or additives and you won't find a gas sealed film on your meal

Our bi-weekly menu is selected and created by our health food chefs
with 6 unique meal varieties each week on a 6-8 week rotating menu that ensures week to week variety throughout your meal prep subscription

Your meals are delivered every Monday and Thursday between 4am-8am
