Frequently Asked Questions

Client intake

Hartley Health only ever take on a small number of clients at a time to ensure that each of our client’s meals are hand-cooked and weighed in line with their macros and/or food source requests.

Delivery

We cook and deliver 2 x per week for our clients which allows us to ensure that we are providing the freshest meals to ensure that our clients aren't eating meals that were cooked days before. Our delivery days are Monday mornings and Thursday mornings before 8am. If you require an earlier delivery time you can let us know and we can arrange a time with our delivery drivers.

How do I heat frozen meals?

If you choose to freeze your meals, allow 24 hours for meals to thaw in the fridge, once removed from the freezer.

How do I heat non-frozen meals?

If you choose to store meals in the fridge, to heat prior to eating, place in the microwave for 2-3 minutes or in a pan on the stove with the desired temperature.

How long can meals be stored for?

Meals can be stored for 7 days from the date you receive the meals. If you don't finish the meals within 7 days, we suggest freezing the meals within the first 5 days of receiving them. Frozen meals can be kept for up to 2 months.
